As standard they come with a heat recovery system, bifold doors, engineered oak flooring, secure foundations, electrical connections, double glazing, electric smart heater, plastering, a choice of cladding and more. You can then add luxury extras including air conditioning, composite decking, decking lights and even underfloor heating to keep you snug when working or playing in winter.

A movable feast
The modular nature of the OffPOD garden rooms comes with a couple of obvious benefits. The first is that they’re quick to assemble – they can be completed to a painted, plastered finish within a week. However, it also means they are simple to disassemble so, if you end up moving home, you can take it with you.
The OffPOD compact is ideal for smaller gardens, covering just 9 square metre. If you have more space to play with, the ‘exec’ option is the luxury garden room, which measures 4.6 x 3m and boasts stunning 4 metre long bifold doors for an abundance of natural light and fabulous sightlines.
